Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) graduate with a certificate in substance use from East Carolina University and have my bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. I am a former U.S. Army intelligence analyst, now pursuing a career in clinical social work. I have worked professionally with people of varying personal experiences, backgrounds, symptoms, concerns, and diagnoses. I am passionate about aiding those with unresolved childhood and adult traumas, anxieties, depression, grief, and other life stressors or obstacles. My clinical focus is working with individuals 18+ years of age, veterans, active-duty service members, and their families.
I recognize and respect the necessity for individualized therapeutic approaches based on each person's needs and unique circumstances. I understand that everyone’s therapeutic journey begins at individually significant starting points, and their pace of progress will be that which best serves their personal development and ultimate goal. Take your next step toward newfound personal growth and healing, even if you cannot yet see the desired outcome. I look forward to seeing your milestones reached and building a genuine connection along the way!
